We will restore financial discipline and credibility, fix billing systems, stop wasteful spending, and implement the Financial Recovery Plan fully to ensure taxpayer money is used effectively to deliver services to residents.

We will fix leaks, upgrade infrastructure, and ring-fence water and electricity revenues for large-scale infrastructure maintenance, so residents and businesses have reliable water and electricity.

Ensuring a Clean, Safe and Corruption-Free City

We will professionalise the administration, fix refuse collection, maintain public spaces, and enforce a zero-tolerance stance on corruption and incompetence by appointing competent officials and overhauling our supply chain system.

Providing Roads that Work

We will improve road maintenance, fix potholes faster, and hold contractors accountable so our roads are safe and usable again.

Building a City of Opportunity (Jobs, Investment and Growth)
